YSSK founded by Shri. D.E. Deshpande Guruji around 1980. Registered as a Public Registered Trust in 1990. Now YSSK has around 450 sadhaks and sadhikas doing daily Yoga and Pranayama at Borivali and Dahisar. YSSK has owns a Row House at Gorai-2. YSSK has also started Naturopathy Centre at Gorai with the help of Dr. Anju Jha consultaion and treatment without medicines is being provided at the centre at reasonable rates.

Sethu Diksha is a quarterly magazine published by Yoga Sanskar Sanshodhan Kendra for the benefit of its members giving details on Yoga Naturopathy and other related matters. It is being circulated to members free of cost. Articles are written in Hindi, Marathi, English & Gujarati.

We are also conducting government associated Yoga & Naturopathy Diploma Courses at Gorai - Borivali, Mumbai.
